The Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center, GAM, holds cycles of seminars and conversations throughout the year to reflect on the different topics that our programming addresses. National and international guests are part of these conferences that you can attend for free and some of them, access on YouTube.

  • Since 2018, GAM has held the International Cultural Management Seminar, addressing various topics from the development of audiences, audiences, artistic programming experiences and mediation in Chile and the world.
  • In the field of inclusion, since 2015 there have been annual versions of the INCLUYE meeting for people with disabilities in the field of culture and the arts. While the International Seminar on Cultural Management and the Education Seminar have been taking place since 2018.
  • Since the social outbreak of October 18, 2019, GAM decides to open spaces for meeting, reflection and culture with the Alameda Abierta conversation cycle, placing emphasis on the topics that were later addressed in the constitutional convention.
  • In 2022, for the 50 years of UNCTAD III, the themes of community, art and architecture that derived from the construction in 1972, with artists and pioneers, were addressed. That same year, GAM proposed promoting reflection on the environment, with the Green Together conversation cycle on sustainability.
