We are opening a call for Popular Music projects to be presented along the lines of Popular Music Concerts, Popular Music Creation Residencies, EP Recording, Indoor Festivals, Showcases and Labels/Producers.
GAM understands music as one of the most powerful expressions of culture and art that plays a fundamental role in the construction of identity. For this reason, the GAM 2025 Music Call aims to offer a space for musicians, composers, producers, labels and other actors in the musical field to develop and disseminate their projects, generating a positive impact on the artistic community and audiences, providing the opportunity to experiment, explore new sonic horizons and propose works that reflect the richness and complexity of our time.

It is emphasized that this call includes the use of Room A1 (258 seats) for concerts/festivals/labels/production companies, Room N2 (56 seats) for showcase and the GAM Recording Studio for residencies/EP recording/labels/production companies. The final capacity and conditions of use of these spaces will depend on the health standards, recommendations and provisions given by the authorities and GAM's internal protocols.

- Support musical projects that are distinguished by their originality, quality and potential for artistic impact.
- We seek to promote proposals that contribute to the development of the country's music industry, that promote the diversity of content and favor the inclusion of new voices in the music scene, while continuing to support established artists.
- Expand creative and circulation crossings between Santiago and the regions of the country.
- Promote artistic innovation.
- Contribute to the artistic creation processes of the music sector and link them with GAM spaces.

Proposals must comply with the existing technical sheets of the GAM Recording Studio, the Room N2 and the Room A1.

- Natural persons of Chilean nationality or resident foreigners can apply. It is important that they have initiation of activities before the SII. If it is a legal entity, it must be established under Chilean legislation with at least 2 years of experience.
- For all legal and contractual purposes, it will be understood that whoever applies accepts in their entirety and integrity the Bases of this call.
- It is noted that the person responsible for the project is the only counterparty before GAM and will be the one who signs an agreement committing to respect the internal functioning of GAM in relation to room use, risk prevention, safety, health and hygiene conditions, dissemination, and production and technical conditions.
Rules of the Call

The reception of projects (both the online form and the mandatory attachments) runs from Friday, October 4 to Friday, November 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
The projects will be analyzed and evaluated by an internal team established by GAM made up of members from its programming, production and technical areas. If necessary, advisory committees made up of national and/or international agents will be invited.
