This Saturday, August 9, FAMFEST 2025 begins its theatrical festival with inaugural milestones in Santiago, Renca, La Pintana and San Ramón. With free activities open to the public, the festival celebrates childhood as a protagonist and art as a right, within the framework of Children's Day in Chile.
From 10:30 a.m. in GAM's Plaza Zócalo, everything starts with the interactive installation “Trees of Dreams,” lambe lambe boxes, the work “Los Caminos de Don Floridor” by La Patogallina and free activities upon registration. Later, at 5:30 p.m., in Room A1, “Gabriela, the girl who dreamed of the stars” is presented, an emotional staging about the childhood of Gabriela Mistral, with original music by Carlos Stockle, performed by the Maule Classical Orchestra.
