Weaving workshop for men where they can share their interest in weaving and reflect on their current vision of masculinity.
Knitting workshops for men that will be held in 6 sessions of 3 hours each, where students will learn or deepen their knowledge in two techniques: stick and crochet.
It is aimed at men with and without experience in knitting. It is mainly an instance of learning different techniques, as well as generating a meeting between students to reflect on their own experiences, their interest in weaving and their vision of current masculinity.
The workshops are taught by “Weaving Men”, a community born in 2016 and that seeks to overthrow cultural prejudices that have decided for years what things are masculine and what things are feminine, ending stereotypes associated with gender regarding different daily activities.
