The Youth Orchestras Foundation presents the Wood Ensemble of the National Youth Symphony Orchestra.
The 14 musicians, directed by Jorge Levín, will perform Sinfonietta Op.188 by Joachim Raff, Suite Luz Violeta with arrangements by Jeff Parker, La fleur de Cayenne by Paquito D’ Rivera, Joropo by Moisés Molero, Fuga y Misterio by Astor Piazzola and Danza del medio dayby Arturo Márquez.
The ensemble, formed in 2015, made its first international tour, which led it to perform in September in Mendoza, Córdoba, Rosario and Buenos Aires.
