A total of 15 works of indigenous contemporary visual art, coming from different parts of the country, will be exhibited from Wednesday, October 25 to November 4, within the framework of the Meeting of Indigenous Cultures, “Common Horizons/Desired Territories”, an event developed by the Culture Council (CNCA), through its Department of Native Peoples.
The selection of the works was carried out by a specialized jury that evaluated the applications that resulted from an open call to indigenous artists. From this selection, a first, second and third place was established, along with 12 honorable mentions, and which in total will be part of the 2017 Meeting of Cultures.
