The third version of the contest will reach five cities and its programming this year will revolve around Latin American animation. Margarita Cid, executive director of the festival, says: "It is the most relevant production from Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Argentina and Uruguay. It is not a retrospective, we are reflecting the current moment of Latin American animation."
