Wachile

Chile is three days away from turning thirty and feels empty. After a long time he returns south to his hometown of Puerto Nadie Sabe Na in search of answers, but nothing seems to calm his existential crisis. When he returns to the city, he confesses to his neighbor that a month ago he started Thirty Therapy, a free state psychological therapy, which upon completion allows the patient, if they wish, to reset their memory and reprogram themselves at will. Chile must choose between preserving its memory or opting for the conscious construction that it will make of itself, for others. If he gives up his memory, he will forget that he is a mixed-race guacho and all that is missing is an aesthetic transformation to fit in with the world around him.

WACHILÉ, or the unfortunate events of a non-typical Chilean in his late thirties, is a drama of its individuals. Constantly harassed by a confusing origin that he cannot decipher, he faces an existential crisis.
