The trap

"You organized a revolution and you came out running, between one dialogue and another. You couldn't do it," says a group to the character who left them to go live alone. The group is like a choir. They are uniformed, they talk and move at the same time. From the top of a hill they question the man who, accompanied by a child, listens in silence to what they say.

Horacio Pérez directs a cast of 12 actors in the premiere of the new play by playwright Alejandro Moreno. A poetic text that pits an individual body against a collective body (the chorus), “to reflect on the role of individuality in a world increasingly marked by mass production and alienation,” says the director. Performing, among others, are Luis Aros, Andrea García-Huidobro, Omar Morán and Paloma Toral.
