In this magical montage about the life and work of Galilei, the audience is placed in the middle of the action, being a spectator and part of the staging while cosmic images occupy the sky.
Galileo, old and blind, is summoned to testify as a heretic before the court of the Inquisition to recant his astronomical discoveries. He must declare them false or suffer the torture with which he is threatened, so with fear he debates between continuing with his truth or giving up by accepting a document drawn up by the inquisitors.
This is the starting point of the Teatropan company's production, which narrates the different stages of Galilei's life and his interest in discovering and elevating the human spirit beyond what is established. He is accompanied by his assistant, his daughter and the inquisitor, while the viewer is placed at the center of the dramatic conflict.
