A scenic, rhythmic and musical investigation about time and work. Premiere of the company Tercer Abstracto, directed by David Atencio.

If you work more than 12 hours a day, you are time poor. You are not alone, almost 10% of Santiago residents are and the figure increases to 26% if transportation to work is added. Today time is a luxury. And about time and work, production and class is Tempo, a production directed by David Atencio that investigates these concepts from the Russian constructivism of Vladimir Tatlin.

A wealthy family is surprised by the absence of an employee who has spent his entire life working in his field. Where is Humberto? Speculation about his disappearance slips into stereotypes and reflections about work and the use of time.

This is the sixth work by the Tercer Abstracto Company, after works such as Atacama, Teorema and Croma. The work was created as a musical score, considering the rhythm and its speed, thus seeking to also be a musical and rhythmic reflection. That is why Pablo Serey's music plays a central role in the production.
