On the streets of the big city, the brothers El Watusi and La Tota collect cardboard with the dream of changing their lives someday. When they manage to rent a supermarket cart, and with a little money, they start rolling with the cart. They decide that one of them must work and the other can be “king” for a week. A strident show of black humor and politics that explores the capacity of absolute power to corrupt.
