Work inspired by the real cases of three women accused of pretending something they are not. Mariana Hausdorf directs this creation that explores the blurred boundary between reality and fiction in the construction of one's own identity.
Tania Head chaired the network of survivors after escaping the attack on the Twin Towers. Until 2007, the New York Times discovered that his moving escape story was false. Her name wasn't Tania either. Impostoras is based on three real cases of stories that are lies. Along with Tania, an American activist from the Afro-descendant community and a Polish woman appear who explain her work as a double for Angela Merkel.
Heidrun Breier, Sol de Caso and Renata Puelma are directed by Mariana Hausdorf in this contemporary staging, where the lighting and sound are controlled by the actresses themselves. The dialogue that is generated between them crosses German, English and Spanish, with Spanish subtitles.
The work has the collaboration of Taller Compartido La Cisne Negro, Goethe Institut and Fundación Teatro a Mil.
