A questioning of the historical truth installed in school books, based on the meeting of three professionals who must rewrite Mapuche history on behalf of the State. Directed by Gabriel Contreras.

Two teachers and a historian are gathered with a mission: to rewrite the history of the Mapuche people for the school textbooks of the mid-90s. The task is a commission from the State and its objective is that the historical story focuses on the archaeological, denying the present conflict and its roots. But it won't be that simple, because by contract everything they write has to be accepted by everyone. And among them there is a dissenting voice.

Hypodermic: the other story questions the elaboration of content for history texts and the historical truth they establish. The play written by Nicolás Cancino-Said, is directed by Gabriel Contreras and performed by the author himself along with Diego Guzmán and Diego Rivera. The production comes to GAM from Valparaíso, where it was produced by Teatro V Producciones and El Astillero Teatro.
