Human being

Ser, humano is the result of a collective creation process where 19 people come together to share their personal and territorial memories. Under the direction of Andrés Saavedra Castro (director and playwright of the company Cuervos de Pantano), a journey of words and gestures emerges that materializes in four dramatic universes.

This work is a collection of stories and sensations that dialogue with each other. Through discourses that emerge from lived experience, the montage invites us to move through particular styles and bodies that, although diverse, converge in the same search: identity and the encounter with the other.

The work is made up of four pieces that explore different aspects of the human experience:

• Who wants to sing: The deep desire to raise your voice and be heard.
• The suitcase: The weight of what we carry and what we decide to leave behind.
• The Man in the Black Pants: A look at mystery and everyday identity.
• The arrival: The crossing of borders, migrating and the challenge of living together in a new territory.
