This montage aims to bring to the present and generate knowledge about the most shocking episode of Uruguay's most recent democracy, as well as reflect on political asylum, a fundamental resource for those who face political persecution or serious human rights violations in their countries of origin. It arrives at GAM within the framework of the XIV Santiago Off Festival.
