A black comedy written and directed by Alexis Moreno about the abuse of minors in the Catholic Church and SENAME. Premiere of the Teatro La María company.
"A couple of touches on the ass and they make a big deal. In their life they were fond of those shitty brats and now they are scandalized because one was affectionate." The phrase is from a bishop who is about to be honored by his community. Despite his work running a shelter for children, his past detained in dictatorship and defending human rights, the tribute is in danger because the bishop is a brutal abuser of children. But the religious will even negotiate with an official from a SENAME home as long as the tribute results, the abuses continue to be hidden and the complaints are silenced. That is Faith of rats, the new play by the Teatro La María company.
