The Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center, GAM, invites artists, companies and groups from across the country to apply for artistic projects in the areas of performing arts, music, visual and media arts, to be part of its 2026–2027 programming. For the first time, this call covers a period of two years, in order to anticipate processes, encourage collaborations and allow medium and long-term artistic planning.

Theatre, dance, opera, circus, interdisciplinary, popular music, classical music, visual arts, media arts and family shows.
- Application Lines:
Premieres, reruns, residencies, concerts, EP recordings, exhibitions, music festivals, seasons and concert cycles.
- Applicant profile:
Performing artists, companies, collectives, visual artists, curators, media artists, soloists, ensembles, bands, chamber orchestras, labels, music festivals and others.
- Programmatic spaces:
Room A1, Room A2, Room N1, Room B1, Room N2, Recording Studio, Music Rehearsal Room, Visual Arts Room.
- Programmatic axes 2026 and 2027:
In a time of profound transformation, technological expansion and new questions about our place in the world, this call invites us to reconnect with what is essential: that which gives meaning, drives creativity and nourishes reflection.
GAM invites artists from various disciplines to explore both thought (2026) and water (2027) as creative and symbolic forces. Thinking, understood not only as an intellectual exercise, but as a sensitive, critical and transformative experience. Water, as fluidity, memory, vital connection and power of change.
Commemorations: In addition, GAM adds some dates or anniversaries of interest that may inspire or frame the proposals to apply.

Applicant projects must fill out the information requested in the form available HERE. Projects will be received from the publication of these rules until July 27, 2025, at 11:59 p.m..
The projects will be analyzed and reviewed by GAM's internal team, made up of professionals from the areas of programming, communications, mediation, production and technique, who will ensure their coherence with institutional and programmatic guidelines. Additionally, there will be external advisory committees made up of national and/or international agents with specialized profiles by discipline, who will contribute their expert perspective to the evaluation process.
The selected projects will be published on www.gam.cl the last week of October 2025.
