The call is open until August 15 to present unpublished texts that will be part of Lápiz de Mina, the women's playwriting festival that will take place between November 4 and 17 at GAM.

After the feminist wave of 2018 and its repercussions, the festival continues to investigate women's stories, the narrative of women's experiences and fighting to open spaces to listen to them.  Some of the playwrights who have passed through Lápiz de Mina have stood out on national stages, such as María José Pizarro (Franco, 2017), Ingrid Fierro (Hortensia, 2016), Amparo Saona Ríos (Los Professores, 2016), Begoña Ugalde (Toma, 2015; Yo Never Never, 2014), Camila Le-Bert (CHAN!, 2015; La Guagua, 2013), Lucía de la Maza (Herencia, 2015), Marién Jara (Carcinoma, 2015), Carla Valles (Say No More, 2014), Carla Zúñiga (El Deseo, 2013), among others.
