Auditions for "The Pergola of Flowers"

This call aims to select performers for the secondary roles in the staging of “La Pérgola de las Flores”, in order to configure a quality staging for our audiences. Everything, within the framework of the celebration of the 100 years of the birth of Isidora Aguirre with the staging of the play “La Pérgola de las Flores”, a GAM production.

How to participate?
Those interested may apply through the web form available in this link, from March 22 to April 22, 2019.
All graduate actors and actresses with basic notions of singing and movement to participate in a musical project, of Chilean nationality or a foreigner residing in Chile, with experience, may participate. verifiable (that is, graduated, titled or professional professionals with a proven track record with a qualified CV)
People who have been selected for the audition will be contacted via email no later than May 2, 2019.

When will the audition be?
It will take place on May 23, 2019 at a time to be defined. The audition will be in room A1 of the Gabriela Mistral cultural center, Alameda 227, Santiago. Those preselected will be asked to sing for one minute a melody and/or song in Spanish which must be proposed by the applicant. Additionally, if required, they must bring the track on a CD or pendrive to the audition on the day of the audition.
The audition will be held in the presence of: the internal team established by GAM programming and the Production Director. 
They will be selected according to the following criteria: artistic quality of the artistic audition entrusted to you and relevance of the audition to the characters and/or selection criteria of the director.

Considerations
Anyone who is selected will be informed of the economic and participation conditions of the project in detail.
They must have flexible hours to participate in this project between the months of August and September 2019, which includes a rehearsal period, and then between the months of October 2019 and March 2020 performance season (this may be subject to change).
