It is the year 2068 in Santiago. A couple finds themselves in the hall of a disused convention center, in the same building where UNCTAD III, Diego Portales, GAM, the Metropolitan Entrepreneurship Center and a mall once stood; until an insurrection transformed it into the center of operations of the Popular Sovereignty Movement. There Arturo and Beatrix talk moments before assuming the leadership of a movement that paradoxically seeks not to need leaders.

This futuristic work written by Juan Pablo Miranda imagines that a revolutionary movement gains power on the continent after decades of fascism. Juan Pablo Miranda and Juana Viale play the couple who, before assuming leadership, discuss power, representation, majorities and equality, questioning the foundations of national democracy in the last 30 years.
