José Alfredo Jiménez and Cuco Sánchez are two of the most classic ranchera composers and singers from Mexico.
They are the role models of Oli, a ranchero poet who is the central character of this work by the Mexican company La Herencia de Wagner.

Oli is obsessed with finding a woman who flies, just like the protagonist of the Argentine-Canadian film The Dark Side of the Heart (1992). Because even though he is afraid of love, he goes after it.

An inexperienced muse named Erato was assigned to inspire Oli, so she lives with him in his room, where she becomes frustrated and suffers when she sees her artist's inconsistencies and cannot help him despite her efforts.

The work written and directed by Raúl H. Lira is recommended for people over 16 years of age.

* Guest work, Mexico
