The piano takes the scene

With a varied program dedicated to the current repertoire, you will be able to hear premieres of works by national and foreign composers in innovative thematic and scenic proposals, some of which incorporate audio and video technologies as well as various instruments.

The Gómez-Ortega duo can be seen on stage in an extended version of the work “Sentidos”, for piano, voice and bells, as well as a sample of the “reciprocal inclusion” workshops of the Centro Creando Integración dedicated to work between young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and professional musicians.

Closing the cycle, the prominent Catalan pianist Tomeu Moll will present the innovative “Scratching Goldberg”, a version that combines the memorable work of J. S. Bach with interventions of contemporary compositions.

* All works will be played on the Grotrian Steinweg piano that the Goethe-Institut has given to the GAM during the renovation work at its headquarters.
