Perrosky has been the name of a soloist, a duo and even a trio, but without room for confusion, it is a registered trademark of Chilean rock and blues.
Having become one of the most active names on the local rock scene, with performances throughout Chile and invitations to open shows for Calexico, Yann Tiersen and The Evens, in 2008 Perrosky released Doblando al español, an album of Johnny covers Cash, Ramones and Atahualpa Yupanqui, among others. It was recognized as one of the best albums of the year and meant new invitations to Uruguay, Brazil and Mexico, a country in which the Intolerancia label released El Rhythm and the Street. time
