An opportunity to review the trajectory of the iconic pop rock band within the framework of the celebration of a quarter of a century.
As part of the celebration of its 25 years, the national pop rock band made up of Denisse Malebrán, Luciano Rojas and Mario Barrueto (former members of La Ley) comes to GAM in a space to reunite with its history.
On Saturday, July 19, the filming of the band's concert at the Municipal Theater of Santiago on January 19 will be shown for the first time. This milestone was the beginning of SAIKO's current tour of the country.
Likewise, on Sunday, July 20 SAIKO will perform live at GAM, with a concert that reviews his career that includes seven studio albums Informe Saiko (1999), Campos finitos (2001), Las Horas (2004), Volar (2007), Trapecio (2013), Dead Language (2017) and Drama (2023).
During both days there will be a photographic exhibition that takes a journey through this quarter of a century in which the band has become a key name within the national pop rock scene.
“We believe that - Saiko's legacy - has aged the crack, excuse the scribble. Yesterday we listened to the first album with Garbage, we were talking to one of the most important producers in the world, and we felt very proud of how Saiko sounded when he left and that he had nothing to envy of what was happening in other places”
