Poesie Pays

Poésie Pays is a music and poetry show where the artists of the NOUS Théâtre company—the director and actor Guy Régis and three musicians—create a warm atmosphere to share the words and sounds of Haiti, the Caribbean and the world, recreating the atmosphere of the evenings that are commonly organized in Port-au-Prince, where musicians, poets and singers gather to read texts by their favorite authors.

Thus, the public is invited to participate in this celebration of language to offer their own texts or their favorite poems in a great banquet of words, since the group encourages the voluntary participation of some audience members to go up on stage.

Would you like to participate? You just have to bring a short poem, either your own or that of other creators, in Spanish or the language you prefer. Before entering the performance, you must sign up for a list that will establish your shifts in order of arrival.
