The recipes are responsible for awakening the memory of these outstanding national folklorists. Each dish evokes a notable episode of the couple and gives way to a song composed for the occasion.

Through a dozen fragments, we go through their childhood, youth and maturity until we reach the place they run: the Casa de la Cueca. A theatrical concert from which the national gastronomic and musical heritage is vindicated.
