Under the name Il Telescopio de Galileo, the musicians of the Chilean Symphony Orchestra will begin their chamber music season at GAM.
In this first presentation, six musicians will perform the Concerto for oboe d'amore, strings and continuo by J. S. Bach; Orchestral Suite “Don Quixote” and Orchestral Suite “La Bizarra” by G. F. Telemann; The concerto in F major for bassoon, strings and continuo and in G major for cello, strings and continuo by Antonio Vivaldi.
The performers will be Alexander Shitikov (violin), Hilke Orth (violin), Claudio Gutiérrez (viola), Brigitte Orth (cello), Verónica Alliende (baroque oboe), Franco Bonino (baroque bassoon) and Lionel Party (harpsichord).
