LARÓ, is the name of the solo project of singer-songwriter and producer Diego Laroze, which quickly managed to make him one of the most interesting current Chilean composers on the Latin American scene.

Over time he managed to form an organic community of listeners who found in his art a bit of support and empathy in times of crisis. In addition to realizing the possibility of collaborating with artists such as Rosario Alfonso, Vicente Cifuentes and Nando García, and landing on the radar of the creative industry thanks to his nominations for “Best Video Clip” and “Best Choreography” at the IN-EDIT Chile festival, for his song ‘Maldito Jazz’, achievements that mark the firm foundations that LARÓ has built in his budding career.

The artist's first debut release corresponds to the single “Abriendo Latidos” (2019), followed by “Maldito Jazz” (2020). After that, he published his first album “Abriendo Latidos” in May 2020, then his EP “Vuela Lejos (Abriendo Latidos)” in May 2022 and finally “(re) definitions” last and most recent release that took place in May 2024, composed of four tracks; “(re)”, “(dance) on the tightrope”, “other(av)ez” and finally, “it makes me good to love(you)”, which is positioned as his most popular single and listened to on Spotify.

LARÓ's music is a refuge for those seeking comfort and empathy in times of uncertainty. Its lyrics, full of hope and improvement, act as balms that, like a soft breeze, soothe the wounds of the soul. This approach has allowed his community of listeners to grow organically, finding in his art a mirror of their own experiences and emotions.
