Working as a secretary can be a routine job… unless your bosses are the Beatles. Freda Kelly was a shy teenager from Liverpool who in 1961 landed a job as an assistant for a band with dreams of greatness. Their bosses were John, Paul, Ringo and George. From a position of rare privilege, the loyal Freda witnesses the worldwide explosion of the Beatles, and suddenly finds herself immersed in an agenda of cultural significance, in which everything that passes through her hands takes on transcendental value. For the first time in fifty years, the group's most stable secretary agrees to tell her story, which begins when the Beatles were not yet what they would become, and ends when the group is no longer going.
