“Heart where I find you / to sing you some songs,” says one of the urban cuecas of the group formed by Héctor Arapio, Emmanuel Pérez, Iván Aedo, Luis Toledo, Christian Pérez and Nicolás Láscar. With 15 years of experience, Voy y Vuelvo lives up to its name, returning to GAM after 10 years.
With 14 years of experience, the urban cueca band has toured stages across the country, bringing the vibrant rhythm of their own creations to every corner. In this special show, the band promises to make you dance and enjoy the cueca to the fullest, fusing tradition and modernity in every chord.
Formed in the neighborhoods of Matta, the group is made up of artists who have poured their talent into creating and recreating the best sounds of our Chilean nature. With musicians who were also trained at the academy, its members met at the music and camaraderie days at the Casa de la Cueca, on Matta Avenue, a space run by Pepe Fuentes and María Esther Zamora.
Their first production, Cueca Prendia, is composed of 20 songs, 19 of them creations of the band and one from the traditional cueca.
