After a creative residency at the GAM Recording Studio, Chilean musicians Carla Bolgeri, Francisco Marín (Bolgeri-Marín), Tiare Galaz (Niña Tormenta) and Álvaro Solar (Protistas) come together in this improvisation and musical creativity project that will have its first opening process in this concert.

Estela Ríos is an interesting improvisation popular music project between prominent national musicians belonging to the independent scene of Santiago, who have always been in constant collaboration and reciprocal creation.

Tiare Galaz with her project Niña Tormenta has released the albums Loza (Uva Robot, 2017), with which she received the PULSAR 2018 award in the Breakthrough Artist category and Las cosas slowly (Uva Robot, 2023), which was highlighted among the music press as one of the most relevant releases of the year.

Álvaro Solar together with Protistas has published the albums EP 1 (independent, 2009), Nortinas War’ (Cazador 2010), Nefertiti (Quemasu Cabeza 2014), Microonda (Quemasu Cabeza 2017). The group is a benchmark of Chilean independent music of the last decade.

Tiare Galaz and Álvaro Solar as a duo released the EP Luz en el mar (Uva Robot 2021) under the name 100 Asas and on that occasion they recorded a live session for the Cat Editions cycle on Sonar FM radio and another for Fuego Circaiano.

On the other hand, Carla Bolgeri and Francisco Marín have been working as a duo since 2008 in music and transmedia arts. In their work they work with sound, body and visuality as intra-connected physical entities that, when in a process of movement, transform space and reality.

Francisco Marín together with Álvaro Solar formed Protistas in 2009, a band in which Marín actively participated as a guitarist until 2012 and where he recorded on the group's first 3 albums. Carla Bolgeri and Tiare Galaz also recorded voices for their albums. In turn, Álvaro Solar usually plays guitar and backing vocals in the band that Niña Tormenta performs with live.

For the concert at GAM, the group will perform the songs that make up their first EP, recorded at Estudio GAM. According to the artists, "live, the songs extend into improvisations that impregnate the entire performative contingency with surprise and transform each live session into a unique and unrepeatable experience."
