In the first event of the fourth season of the "Interferences" cycle, Hermanos Ilabaca (H.I) will have a special and unique presentation at BiblioGAM, in close proximity with their followers. During their show they will preview their second album, a few weeks after its publication.

Their collaboration crosses many other bands (31 Minutos, Pillanes, Chancho en Piedra and more), but it is in Hermanos Ilabaca (H.I.) that Pablo and Felipe Ilabaca concentrate their own compositions and searches as a duo.

Both were the creative axis of Chancho en Piedra since its birth in the early '90s, and since then they have shared in many other collective musical projects, such as the Colectivo Cantata Rock, the tropical group Maestro Juba, the live band 31 Minutos or the group Pillanes. But Pablo's departure from Chancho en Piedra in 2018 kept them separated in the profession of composition, and in August 2022, a few weeks after the concert that formalized the end of their band, they gave life to Hermanos Ilabaca.

The result of the process was a dozen songs, again with references to soul and funk, and which they advanced with the single “Para ti”. There they recognize the beginning of a new stage: “I think about everything I lost / And if I ever regretted / I left behind the guilt that made me bleed / And I already ate that bitter pain.” The album, baptized HI, immediately began to be presented live.

Interferences is a GAM project where Chilean musicians intervene in corners of the cultural center and its programming, with freedom to design and articulate a creative proposal coherent with their current work in development, and presented as a unique experience and contact without hierarchies with the audience.
