Concert by the nominee for the prestigious 2018 Latin Grammy Award

Since he debuted as a musician in 2014, Benjamín Walker's career has only risen: in just 4 years, he has not only published two widely praised albums—Felicidad (2014) and Brotes (2018)—but was also nominated for the prestigious Latin Grammy Award in the Best New Artist category.

After receiving the 2015 Pulsar Award as New Artist and being nominated last year as Best Singer-songwriter, the musician comes to Tocatas Mil to present a show that includes songs from his two albums, in which he fuses sounds ranging from trova to bossanova and pop, and with which he has seduced specialized critics, who have described him as “one of the most original and consistent voices of the new Chilean singer-songwriter”.

In this concert, Walker – a continuator of the musical path that local singers and composers such as Nano Stern and Manuel García have traced – will be accompanied by his band and Macarena Nieto performing his songs in sign language.

THIS CONCERT IS PRESENTED IN GAM IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE XXVI EDITION OF THE SANTIAGO A MIL FESTIVAL 2019
