Movement workshop with Los Fi

An invitation for the whole family to move their bodies with different objects in the house. The Fi will accompany you on a recycling and exercise adventure. 

Moving, and moving objects, contains a series of factors that, when made conscious, allow us to create in an artistic, extra-everyday and entertaining way.

For this workshop, some materials will be needed such as: Boxes, pieces of cardboard and your body.
