In its fourth version in Chile, the activity comes to reflect on the cultural contribution of migrant communities. At GAM there will be two Afro-Latin music concerts, musical presentations of Afro-Colombian rhythms in plazas and a discussion about Latin American carnivals and migration.
The IV Tribute to the Carnival of Barranquilla creates a multicultural meeting space through the recognition of Carnival as a common festival of the Latin American countries present today in the groups of immigrants residing in Santiago: Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay and, of course, Chile.
