Arbol is a butoh dance work: a journey through the body and its silence, a political and poetic work that questions how we behave with nature. Highlighting the roots of the body as the principle of life, it challenges the destruction of nature as the main conflict for humanity.

Premiered in 2018, it became one of the most viewed works at the Third International Butoh Festival, FIBUTOH Chile, at the Camilo Henríquez Theater. During February 2019, it was part of the First Pichilemu Dance Encounter Festival and has had successful presentations on different stages in the following months.

This piece stars the actor and dancer Álvaro Pizarro, with original music by the composer Jorge Aliaga and the cello performance by Isidora O'Ryan.
