Carolina, by Lorca is an autobiographical solo that investigates the universe of motherhood, inspired by the protagonist of the play Yerma, by Federico García Lorca. With humor and drama he moves between documentary theater and performance.
In the montage, Lorca's character and the actress and dancer Carolina Correa mix to retract, in a unique way, the marks left by time in their intimate lives and bodily memories. Like scores that rebel and dance, they move through the show in whirlwinds that need to be heard today, now by common women and, mainly, by common men.
