I. POPULAR MUSIC CALL RESULTS 2019
The number of projects pre-selected through the call process for A1 and Recording Studio is detailed below. The projects will be contacted individually to verify some aspects that will determine their conditions, dates and exhibition formats starting in August. For the first time we have segmented the process, and we include here those selected from the first half of 2019.
The projects will be entered into our final programming, once there is mutual agreement on the offer that GAM can generate for the realization of each of the projects based on: technical feasibility, financial feasibility and coincidence of seasonal dates. GAM reserves the right to propose spaces different from those selected in the application.
For all these projects in pre-selection, GAM may generate a space commitment letter to be presented to Fondart or other relevant entities in the search for financing.

SECOND SEMESTER 2019
The number of projects pre-selected through the call process for room A1 and Recording Studio is detailed below. The projects will be contacted individually to verify the aspects that will determine their conditions, dates and exhibition formats from August 2019 until December of the same year.
The projects will be entered into our final programming, once there is mutual agreement on the offer that GAM details for the realization of each of the projects based on: technical feasibility, financial feasibility and coincidence of seasonal dates. GAM reserves the right to propose spaces different from those selected in the application as well as to cancel any of these projects in the event of no agreement.
For all these projects in pre-selection, GAM may generate letters of commitment for spaces and support to be presented to other relevant entities in the search for financing.

This pre-selection is subject to variables that will be seen in detail with each of the projects, which include: achieving dates in rooms, maintaining the proposed casts and work teams, among others. The projects will be contacted individually to verify some aspects that will determine these conditions.
GAM reserves the right to propose spaces different from those selected in the application.
For all these projects in pre-selection, GAM may generate a letter of commitment of spaces to be presented to Fondart or other relevant entities in the search for financing, please contact us for these purposes indicating the name of the project, folio and name of the applicant.
