A visual and scenic concert directed by Elías Cohen. From Olmué comes this creation by the KiM Teatro Danzante company that explores the song and flow of internal and terrestrial waters.
About 70% of the planet's surface is covered by water. In our body things are similar, about 70% is made up of water. The flows of these interior and terrestrial waters inspire Oceánika, a visual and scenic concert by the Kim Teatro Danzante company.
The work directed by Elías Cohen (La Mundial) explores the song and movement of water in human and terrestrial bodies, seeking to connect with the ability to flow. The performers and musicians create images and tell stories within a sound dome. The sound of the work unites electronic music, ancestral dialects, recordings of the depths of the sea, whales and dolphins.
This work is performed by José Chain, Francisco Achondo, Catalina Tello, Se-Rok Park and Elías Cohen. Since its premiere in 2016, the work has been presented in different cities of the Fifth Region.
