An invitation to travel through the unique universe of Pina Bausch with the help of the Italian dancer Cristiana Morganti.

Moving with Pina is an invitation to travel through the unique universe of Pina Bausch. Led by the Italian dancer Cristiana Morganti, the show is a tribute to the poetry, technique and creativity of the legendary German choreographer. What connection is there between movement and emotion? How are dancer and set design linked? When does a gesture become a dance? And above all, what creates the magical and mysterious relationship between artist and viewer?

For more than twenty years, Cristiana Morganti was part of the Tanztheater Wuppertal, a company that Pina Bausch directed for three decades. Through the format of a danced conference, Morganti takes a tour of her personal and artistic experience with the extraordinary contemporary creator, showing how much dedication, imagination and attention to detail were involved in the development of her particular scenic language. Premiered in 2010, this show has been acclaimed on important stages in Italy and Germany, and for the first time comes to Latin America within the framework of the Santiago a Mil Festival.
