He was in Talca and London, but he was missing Paris. Until now. Loop.3 will complete the cosmopolitan geographical triangle by landing in December at the highly renowned Théâtre de la Ville in Paris. Before that it will be at the Onassis Cultural Center in Athens. And before, in GAM.
José Vidal's choreographic installation (Rite of Spring) returns to GAM with new features in its cast and the same aesthetic commitment that made it known. Nine dancers star in nine paintings in a small space of two square meters. There they move from static images inspired by baroque paintings and contemporary photographs, towards the movement of careful transitions that link them as a living mass. Like a moving sculpture, they display in 360° the scenes they build evoking religious worship and battles at rugby matches. The music is original by Álex Anwandter and Cristián Bidart, from Akineton Retard.

The choreography by José Luis Vidal that inaugurated the program in 2010, was presented at The Place in London and returned for a second season in 2011. It then returned for some performances in November 2014.
