everyone's loss

“I have dreamed of you so much that you lose your reality.” This is how the poem A la mysterious, by Frenchman Robert Desnos, begins. These verses that speak to the absent beloved are part of The Loss of All, the work of the company Generación del Ayer.

The creation is inspired by the women of missing detainees, who lost their loved ones and still do not know where they are. The work is a journey through memory and oblivion, through time and loneliness, through search, fear and resistance. On stage he combines dance, sound and audiovisuals in a poetic proposal.

Everyone's Loss has choreography and direction by Nicolás Fuentes. Its performers are three experienced dancers over 70 years old: Carmen Aros, Mabel Diana and Sonia Uribe. Together with Fuentes, they make up the company Generación del Ayer, which has more than 20 years of experience.
