In this session, we seek to situate ourselves in our home/space/body and be able to share it through movement. Preparing the body, warming up and getting ready to immerse ourselves in a guided improvisation exploration. Which will lead us to investigate the inverted work that, in a personal way, will be adapted, to end with small sequences guided by the facilitators.
