Continuing with its ensemble residency at GAM, the Solístico Orchestra of Santiago brings a participatory concert, where the public chose the repertoire by popular vote.
During October, the Orchestra invited the public through social networks to choose the repertoire that would be part of its last concert at GAM. Among the pieces that the public chose were “Serenade for Strings; in E minor, Op. 22" by Antonín Dvořák, “Divertimento in D major, K. 136” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, “Concerto for violin and Oboe in C minor” by J. S. Bach among others.
Around three hundred people voted for the final repertoire which will include:
Concerto No. 3 in G minor for Tuba
Georg Friedrich Händel
Pablo Briones: soloist on tuba
“Seven Lachrimae” – John Dowland
Bárbara Ramírez, soprano
Arias by J. S. Bach singers:
