The National Council of Culture and the Arts Metropolitan Region and the Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center invites young people of any nationality between 14 and 25 years old residing in the Metropolitan Region, to participate in the first version of this contest. The activity seeks to critically bring youth closer to art and heritage.
The call will be open until July 16, 2014, where interested parties must complete the online application form and attach the essay in PDF format, assigning it a title and signed under a pseudonym.
