Moving meditation class for relax and vitalize ourselves, balance and harmonize the mind, thoughts and mood.
This class will begin with a very particular meditation of the ancient method of the yoga of the mountains. Then you can practice four moving meditation sequences that will activate the potential for vitality, relaxation, peace and happiness that we all have, and that are the essence of our true nature.
The very experience of practice can be extended to learning to live with enough, in a balance of giving and receiving, without haste and without pause, with firmness and gentleness, with simplicity and complexity, without judgments, and with full attention.

All audiences, especially older adults and people with special physical, mental or emotional conditions, since the practice does not have demanding physical demands.

Cristián Echeverría Valenzuela He has been practicing and developing the mountain yoga method for 25 years, and for the last three years he has been transmitting it, teaching it, disseminating it and taking it where it is needed. Along this path, he has rescued the ancient roots of the method that come from Sufi mysticism, Tibetan Buddhism, Zen, yoga, and traditional Asian medicine methods including Tibetan Kun-Ye massage, Mongolian Chua-Ka, Chinese Tui-Na, and Thai Nuad-Thai.
It is recommended to have a mat, comfortable clothing that covers arms and legs, and thick socks.
