An initiative organized by Gestoras en Red, an international network of arts workers founded in 2015 that brings together workers in art, culture and the creative industries in Chile and Latin America. This event is intended to strengthen the cultural ecosystem through reflection, exchange, training, visibility and strengthening networks.

After eleven national and international editions, the 2025 meeting expands its call to all gender identities, promoting a transversal and inclusive gender approach in all its activities. For two days, artists, managers, creators, organizations and cultural agents from all over the country and abroad will gather to participate in conferences, training workshops, artistic programming, an exhibition and marketing fair, networking and business cells, and a feminist edit-a-thon on Wikipedia.

With a territorial, feminist and collaborative approach, this instance seeks to reactivate the creative economy, promote associativity, propose alternative work models and make visible the social and labor realities of the cultural sector. The programming will be announced in July 2025 through social networks and associated media.

The meeting has an open call until June 6 to be part of the artistic and fair programming.
