The 95-year-old musician, composer, pianist and orchestra director, Vicente Bianchi, will offer a concert as part of the celebrations of Senior Citizens' Month at GAM.
Maestro Bianchi will perform part of his great repertoire on the piano, accompanied by guitar and choir, highlighting his great musical quality and his melodies that transmit stories of our popular culture and Chilean roots.
Together with his ensemble, Bianchi will perform his musicalization of the poems of Pablo Neruda, in addition to the Suite a Violeta Parra, among other well-known compositions.
The activity is aimed at older adults attending as an audience and being able to appreciate the interpretation of an active representative of his generation. In addition, the concert will be free, thus promoting this group's access to culture.
This activity will be co-produced by the GAM mediation unit and the Corporación Acción Mayor, and gives older adults the opportunity to meet an active representative of their generation.
