American director and designer. Steve Martino entered the world of animation after listening to a talk by Chuck Csuri, pioneer of computer animation. He began his professional life in Los Angeles, working in animation and visual effects. In 2001 he joined the animation studio Blue Sky Studio (20th Century Fox) as co-director. Together with them he has participated in directing the films “Horton and the World of Whos”, “Ice Age 4” and their most recent production “The Peanuts Movie”, based on the famous comic by Charles M.
